Housebuilders

Graham Scanlon has accepted a position with regeneration specialist Frank Haslam Milan. He has been appointed to the newly created post of strategic regeneration manager.

Midlands homebuilder Dodd Homes has appointed Lee Staffordcommercial director. He has previously worked for Redrow, Crest Nicholson, Beazer Homes and, most recently, Miller Homes, where he was also commercial director.

Consultants

Consulting Buro Happold's infrastructure and environment group has appointed Trevor Curson director of environment. He joins from Enviros Consulting, where he was commercial director of the environmental impact assessment division.

NSR Management, the supplier of the National Schedule of Rates, which covers general building maintenance work, repainting contracts and pre-painting repairs, has appointed David Fairbrother director.

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, the independent building consultant, has recruited three staff. ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ surveyors Paul Dyer and Daniel O'Connor join Paul Raymont's public sector team, based at the Kingston upon Thames headquarters. In Bristol, chartered building surveyor Jonathan Grimes joins the surveys and refurbishment team.

Garry Crossley has joined Precept as a director in its project advisory services group.
