Many people in local authorities, housing associations, architects鈥 offices, energy efficiency organisations and renewable energy companies have been working on this for years. Does your writer not know about the Home Energy Conservation Act, the Energy Efficiency Commitment or the National Fuel Poverty Strategy? Or that the new Part L of the 精东影视 Regulations includes work to existing buildings?
