Bovis Lend Lease maintained pole position in the yearly league table with 76 contracts totalling 拢1.16bn. Skanska and HBG swapped places to be second and third respectively.
HOK Sport maintained top spot in the architects' table and J Sainsbury was again top client for the year to the end of March, with 59 projects worth 拢483.6m.

To qualify for the tables, companies must have been identified on two or more projects fitting the criteria below in the past 12 months. Projects must:- be of precisely calculated or confirmed value
- have reached the main ontract stage
- be valued at 拢1m or more
- be in the UK.
