The biggest of these is the £30m office for Northern Rock at Gosforth in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The May Gurney Group is in second place with a £45m contract to regenerate East Anglian train stations. Shepherd ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ Group rounded out the top three with two contracts worth £41m.
Bovis Lend Lease maintained pole position in the yearly league table with 76 contracts totalling £1.16bn. Skanska and HBG swapped places to be second and third respectively.
HOK Sport maintained top spot in the architects' table and J Sainsbury was again top client for the year to the end of March, with 59 projects worth £483.6m.
How the tables work
To qualify for the tables, companies must have been identified on two or more projects fitting the criteria below in the past 12 months. Projects must:- be of precisely calculated or confirmed value
- have reached the main ontract stage
- be valued at £1m or more
- be in the UK.
