The 拢18m Eyot Heights development is part of the second phase of Levitt Bernstein鈥檚 masterplan for Bermondsey in south London

It consists of 114 apartments equally divided between private homes for sale and shared ownership flats. It is due to be completed by Christmas. The client is Hyde Housing Association, the contractor is Rooff, the structural engineer is Peter Brett Associates, the M&E engineer is Whitecode Design Associates and the employer鈥檚 agent is Calford Seadon.
