Broadway Malyan has been appointed by Peel Holdings to design a 拢40m waterside development in Runcorn, Cheshire. Old Quay development will include 450 apartments and a restaurant, bar and leisure facilities overlooking the Mersey. Peel Holdings previously worked with Broadway Malyan on its development of Salford Quays.
