This is one of the designs by architect Chetwood Associates for a building to mark the gateway for the New East Manchester regeneration area. It is a 1860 m2 engineered box clad in stainless steel, and it contains a PC World computer superstore at the end of Mancunian Way. The project is due to start on site before the end of this year.
