From a child鈥檚 perspective, schools being standardised nationally is irrelevant

Architects seem very upset at (12 October, page 29).

If you look at it from a national perspective they have a point as no one wants homogenised architecture. If, however, you look at it from a child鈥檚 perspective the only thing that matters is their school. The national perspective is irrelevant. So the only conclusion is standardised design is a good thing as, after all, the end user is the child.
