The Dutch-owned firm picked up five contracts, the largest of which was an £18m office and retail scheme in Edinburgh for Gyle Developments.
Kier moved from fourth to second with 10 contract wins worth £31.5m; Skanska claimed third with two contracts worth £27.4m. The pre-Christmas lull is evident, with the number of contracts and their values well down on October's and November's figures.
Bovis Lend Lease and Sir Robert McAlpine continue to dominate the contractors' yearly table, as do English Partnerships and ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ Design Partnership in the clients' and architects' tables respectively.
