Its top projects were a £45m office development in Newcastle upon Tyne and a £38m contract for a Ministry of Defence college in Loughborough.
For the second month running, Bovis Lend Lease was conspicuous by its absence from the monthly charts, although it was still about £600m ahead of Skanska in the yearly league table.
The usual suspects (HOK International, the Department of Health and Davis Langdon & Everest) continued to dominate the charts in the architects, clients and QS tables. The only notable mover was architectural practice Watkins Gray, which sneaked up the table from 10th to seventh.
