Pink digger set to raise cash, and awareness for breast cancer charity
Liberally coated in bright pink paint, and weighing in at 1.5 tonnes, a special JCB is setting off on a tour of building sites across the UK to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
The mini-excavator, leased out by Gunn JCB, is believed to be the only one in the country not to be painted a traditional yellow.
Altrincham-based Gunn JCB was approached by Cath Woods from Blackburn to get involved with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The mother of two, who has survived breast cancer, said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 fantastic the firm could help.鈥 Gunn hopes to raise thousands of pounds for the charity by donating all money from the rental of the pink JCB to the cause.
