Bob the Builder premiers latest movie at the ICA and unveils a glamourous new leading lady.
The industry may look on bemused as Bob the Builder sells books and videos by the truckload, but the most famous hard-hat wearer in Britain climbed up a rung on the celebrity ladder as his new film 鈥� featuring the voice of the delectable Ulrika Jonsson 鈥� premiered at the Institute of Contemporary Arts last week.
In the straight-to-DVD movie Ms Jonsson lends her Scandanavian tones to voice Jana, the yodelling beauty in Snowed Under: The Bobblesberg Winter Games.
Bob, voiced by actor Neil Morrissey, has enjoyed not inconsiderable chart success himself. Rmours of a possible duet between the two animated characters remain, sadly, unconfirmed.
