R H Partnership Architects (RHP) was established in Cambridge in 1974 and has further studios in Brighton and London; it became an employee ownership trust in 2020. Its recent work has included the expansion of Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge, in a conservation area, and the new new-build Heart and Lung Institute at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
