Inspace has recruited Joanna Lucas, Crest Nicholson Regeneration’s development director, to head its regeneration activities.

The company, which was recently bought back by its parent Willmott Dixon, for £148m, has made her responsible for identifying opportunities on public sector sites, which Fraser Wells, Inspace’s managing director, has identified as a key focus for the business.

Lucas, who will have a place on Inspace’s board, will be joined at the social housing group by Sue Creswell, formerly of Barratt, as director of sales and marketing. Matt Herbert, director of ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ Design Partnership, has been appointed development director.
