Inspace has recruited Joanna Lucas, Crest Nicholson Regeneration鈥檚 development director, to head its regeneration activities.

The company, which was recently bought back by its parent Willmott Dixon, for 拢148m, has made her responsible for identifying opportunities on public sector sites, which Fraser Wells, Inspace鈥檚 managing director, has identified as a key focus for the business.

Lucas, who will have a place on Inspace鈥檚 board, will be joined at the social housing group by Sue Creswell, formerly of Barratt, as director of sales and marketing. Matt Herbert, director of 精东影视 Design Partnership, has been appointed development director.
