PDQ Pipework is going to High Court to enforce an adjudication

Sussex company PDQ Pipework is suing Mitie Technology and Infrastructure in a 拢36,000 legal spat.

After a dispute arose between the two companies, an adjudicator was called in to decide the row.

He ruled that Mitie should pay PDQ Pipework 拢30,513.31 plus VAT in his award made in January this year, according to a High Court writ.

The adjudicator also ordered Mitie to pay interest, and the costs of the claim, a total of 拢36,212.23.

PDQ Pipework has now turned to the High Court and is seeking an order forcing Mitie to pay the money.
