Bournemouth and Glasgow projects take value of firm鈥檚 work in higher education sector to more than 拢250m

Atkins has recently landed a brace of deals at Bournemouth and Glasgow universities, taking the value of schemes it is working on in the higher education sector to more than 拢250m.

Its 拢22m contract at Bournemouth involves providing new facilities for its media and communication faculty (pictured) as well as the university鈥檚 science and technology department.

It is already working on a 拢40m deal at the same university for a new academic building for the health and social sciences faculty.

The scheme at Glasgow involves work on a new health and social sciences building.
